Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 4th location in Missouri and its 109th restaurant nationally on Monday, December 8th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 410 SE Hwy 291 on the West side of Hwy 291 between 4th & 5th Street.
On December 7th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to promote excellence in education by awarding gifts, grants and scholarships to educational areas within the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District that are effective, essential and in need of additional funding. “Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more neighbors in need in our community,” said Sheryl Franke, Executive Director at Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation.
