Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 23rd restaurant in Texas on Monday, March 18th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 7270 HWY 191 at Billy Hext Road and Highway 191.
On March 17th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals mission is to impact the lives of children and their families through raising funds and awareness to benefit the children at the Medical Center Hospital. “We are excited to partner with The Egg & I Restaurant and are grateful for their continued support,” says Bridgette Meyers with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
