Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces plans to debut in Cary, North Carolina, by late summer 2015. This will be the second franchised location owned and operated locally by EggAmigo, LLC, led by Teresa Pace and Cole Harris, who currently operate The Egg & I Restaurant in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
The 3,550 square foot restaurant opening in Cary will also have a 20 seat patio and will be located at 1104 Ledsome Lane, off of Walnut Street across from REI in the Crossroads Plaza shopping area. The restaurant will serve its complete breakfast and lunch menu from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekends. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 associates.
