Third Street Social Opens Third Location, Bringing the Popular Concept to the NorthlandAnticipation is building in the Northland as the much-loved dining concept, Third Street Social, opens its third location on Saturday, May 4th at 3pm. Following the warm reception of Summit Grill in Gladstone, restaurateurs Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy are thrilled to bring another one of their celebrated concepts to the neighborhood, promising to offer a unique blend of classic American cuisine and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Situated in the heart of the Northland, the new Third Street Social will serve as the cornerstone of Woodstone, a $60 million luxury apartment and mixed-use project within the Metro North Crossing development. This seven thousand-square-foot space is poised to become a bustling hub for food lovers and social butterflies alike, offering a perfect setting for both casual lunches and lively evening gatherings.

Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy have a storied history of creating spaces that resonate with the local community, and the new Northland location is expected to follow suit. “We’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the Northland community for Summit Grill, and we’re excited to offer another dining experience with Third Street Social,” said Lock. “We believe in creating spaces where people can come together to enjoy great food and great company, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to our newest location.”

Since its inception, Third Street Social has gained acclaim for its commitment to classic comfort food, and a chef-driven menu that emphasizes quality and creativity. Following the success of its original location and its subsequent expansion south of the Country Club Plaza in 2021, the Northland location is set to continue the tradition of offering memorable dining experiences to its patrons.

With its rich history, commitment to quality, and vibrant dining environment, Third Street Social in the Northland promises to be a new favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
