Announcing Smoke: The New Steakhouse Concept By Los Angeles Restaurant Group BRG

Just 6 months after the opening of local hotspot Brick+Mortar in Santa Monica, BRG is expanding their Los Angeles portfolio with the opening of Smoke, the latest restaurant in the growing BRG collection. Smoke is set to satisfy West Hollywood diners with California-inspired fine dining dishes, and is the first proper steakhouse by the up-and-coming restaurant group.

Continuing with the success of their previous two ventures, BRG Partners Travis Lester and Justin Safier have entrusted BRG’s resident Executive Chef Laurent Saussy to develop the tantalizing menu of appetizers, dry & wet aged steaks, and entrees with a worldly twist on American classics.

As with every BRG restaurant, the team seeks to deliver a tailored culinary experience with exceptional atmosphere. After a complete re-vamp of the existing space, Smoke debuts in September 2012 with a new rich dining room interior of dark blacks and grays, granite tabletops (no stuffy white linen tablecloths here), and an attached bar and lounge area to encourage the fun of causal communal gathering in a luxury setting.

“As we did with Brick+Mortar and Bar Esquina, we want to curate a restaurant experience that reflects the surrounding environment. We’ve invested a great deal of thought and observation into the culture of West Hollywood, and created the concept of Smoke to satisfy the tastes of WeHo’s discerning palates, while keeping true to the BRG style of entertaining” says BRG co-founder Travis Lester.
