A restaurant at the forefront of North Indian cuisine in the South presents a daring mix of modern eclectic flavors

Bhojanic Celebrates 14 Years with New Dinner SeriesAn established leader on the Atlanta food scene, Chef-owner Archna Malholtra Becker’s Bhojanic restaurant celebrates its 14th year with a dinner series that shows off the versatility of Indian cuisine, and highlights the skill of her multi-cultural culinary team.

A mix of modern and traditional, the menus feature a bold lineup of fusion dishes that promise to intrigue local food lovers by adding inventive variations to the North Indian style that has made Bhojanic a popular destination.

The series of three dinners starts with a Southern Inspired & Local Craft Beer menu, followed by Indo-Mex Fiesta & Hand Crafted Margaritas; and culminating with a North Indian & Wine Pairing dinner.

  • April 19th: Indian Inspired Southern Dinner with Local Beer Craft menu
  • May 17th : Indo-Mex Fiesta and Hand Crafted Margarita menu
  • June 21st : North Indian and Wine Pairing menu

“We wanted to create some excitement for our anniversary, and allow our culinary team to shine,” says Archna. “In a way, this dinner series brings everything full circle – it gets back to our catering roots, where we can have fun collaborating on creative dishes and pairings, all with an unexpected twist.”

Archna Becker started her business as a catering company. Working together with her husband, Aaron Becker, and her parents, she built a devoted following, and established Bhojanic restaurant. Bhojanic has won awards and accolades from countless prestigious magazine, blogs and other publications, including Creative Loafing’s Reader’s Choice award for “Best Indian Restaurant” for seven years running, and a spot on Atlanta Magazine’s list of 50 Best Restaurants in 2011. In 2013, Archna was nominated for Restaurateur of the Year by the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA).

Archna’s passion for food and business, and her keen understanding of trends, has secured her position as an industry leader. She sits on the board of the Georgia Restaurant Association, teaches public and private cooking lessons, and has hosted a food show on local radio. Her catering operation works with Grammy winning musicians and performance artists at major venues throughout the Southeast.  Bhojanic continues to see tremendous growth, including the addition of their food truck operation in 2015.
