Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is brightening the winter season with a new lineup of bold flavor combinations inspired by one of New York’s most iconic neighborhoods. The featured items, including a new signature burger and a classic milkshake flavor, are available at all locations now through February 28.
The seasonal menu is designed to bring thoughtful, high-quality ingredients to guests through flavors that reflect Chef Flay’s culinary experiences.

The “Little Taste of Italy” campaign features two primary additions to the menu:
Little Italy Burger: A Certified Angus Beef patty (available grilled medium or well done) topped with mozzarella, spicy tomato sauce, parmesan, and fresh arugula. For those preferring an alternative to beef, the item is also available with grilled chicken upon request.
Rocky Road Milkshake: A rich chocolate custard shake blended with almonds and marshmallows, finished with a topping of chocolate flakes.
