Hoffbrau Steaks Adds Gluten-Free Buns to Complement New Gluten-Free Option Menu
A local, family-owned steakhouse is adding two new burgers suggested by Facebook fans and gluten-free buns to its extensive menu of decadent steaks and comfort foods.
Hoffbrau Steaks, regarded by many as one of the best restaurants in the Dallas and Fort Worth area, added the items to offer customers – including those with gluten intolerance – even more delicious dining options.
The restaurant’s Facebook fans suggested and then voted on the two new burger options this spring. The new burger additions include a mac ‘n’ cheese burger made with Hoffbrau Steaks’ popular homemade mac ‘n cheese topped with melted cheddar and jack cheese and bacon bits. Also, an avocado burger with fresh jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and crispy onion strings.
“Our mac ‘n cheese side dish is really popular and we had a couple of fans suggest we serve a mac ‘n cheese burger” said Rainey Fogiel, owner of Hoffbrau Steaks. “The burger is to die for!”
In addition to incorporating menu items suggested by fans, Hoffbrau also added a gluten-free bun to its gluten-free options menu. The menu gives Hoffbrau Steaks’ guests a way to locate and order the restaurant’s items that are made without gluten.

Hoffbrau’s new gluten-free option menu was prepared based on the ingredient information from their food suppliers. All their steaks are gluten-free and seasoned with kosher salt, cracked black and white pepper.
The new menu includes a variety of appetizers, steaks and comfort foods, burgers, sandwiches and salads, sidewinders and desserts. From starters like Sweetwater Shrimp basted with our famous Dr Pepper BBQ Sauce to a variety of burgers, steaks and ribs to ice cream for dessert (Dr Pepper float), Hoffbrau’s gluten-free menu has several items that will please any pallet. Gluten free salad dressings are available as well and don’t forget that gluten-free bun. You would never taste the difference!
