Detroit Wing Company is kicking off 2026 with a series of major menu upgrades designed to satisfy winter cravings. Michigan’s favorite wing spot has introduced a limited-time Truffle Parmesan flavor profile, a complete overhaul of its chicken tender offerings, and the brand’s first-ever bread side: Texas Toast.
Gourmet Seasonal Flavors
Available through April 6, the new seasonal lineup is headlined by Truffle Parmesan wings. These are coated in a rich, creamy blend of truffle and parmesan. For a complete experience, guests can also order fries tossed in the same savory sauce and topped with grated parmesan cheese.
To complement these bold flavors, Detroit Wing Company has introduced two new house-made dips: Lemon Pepper Ranch and Spicy Ranch. For fans who want to take the flavor home, these signature dressings are also available for purchase in bottles.
Revamped Premium Tenders and Texas Toast
A significant highlight of this launch is the completely revamped chicken tender program. These premium tenders feature a new batter and elevated ingredients for a more flavorful bite. In a first for the brand, guests can now have their tenders tossed in any of Detroit Wing Co.’s signature sauces.
The brand has also debuted its first bread side, a soft and buttery Texas Toast brushed with garlic butter. Guests can enjoy it plain or seasoned with Lemon Pepper or Nashville Hot flavors.
