
Dickey’s Barbecue is no stranger to growth. As the nation’s fastest growing restaurant concept, the Dallas-based company has been expanding rapidly for the last two years. The franchise is continuing its pace across California with a multi-unit franchise deal in central California for nine new locations.

Partners, Kevin Roche and Bryan Roche are centering their development plans in Fresno, Clovis and Hanford. They are also looking at sites around Seaside and Santa Maria. Both partners have previous experience working in a franchise system. Both worked in the KFC franchise system.
“I tried a Dickey’s in Minnesota and was blown away,” said new franchise owner Kevin Roche. “I immediately called Bryan and told him we had found our new franchise. We are looking forward to bringing the same mouthwatering barbecue to central California.”
Dickey’s currently has 32 locations in California with another 18 now in development. Dickey’s Barbecue was recently named the Fastest Growing Restaurant Chain by Technomic’s Top 500 Annual Report. Dickey’s outpaced many larger fast casual restaurant chains to seize the title.
