Bread & Vine, the fast-casual franchise known for its globally inspired menu, upscale cocktail lounge, signature Pinsa, and its distinctive selection of 20+ macaron flavors, is expanding its footprint with three new franchise locations now in development. This next phase of growth brings the lifestyle-driven dining experience to more communities across the U.S., with upcoming openings in Florida, Illinois, and Massachusetts.

The Florida location is currently under construction in Tampa and is on track to open its doors in August 2025. The new Illinois store, located in Geneva, is set to follow later this year, with a Boston-area franchise already in early development.

Each new location is independently owned and operated by franchisees who share the brand’s commitment to hospitality, quality, and design. Further expansion is already in motion. In addition to the three announced openings, Bread & Vine is in discussions with several franchise candidates in Florida, Texas, and the Northeast, including a strong multi-unit prospect in Houston. At least one more signed franchise agreement is expected to be announced by the end of summer.
