Fresh lobster, Mediterranean chicken among featured items to debut June 13
The culinary team at Au Bon Pain is constantly creating new dishes using ingredients in peak season in order to share the freshest and best flavors possible with their guests.
With summer quickly approaching, the popular fast-casual bakery café is preparing to debut several delicious seasonal recipes that offer the perfect culinary escape from the heat.
On Tuesday, June 13, Au Bon Pain invites its loyal guests and newcomers alike to indulge in these savory summer selections:
Lobster Sandwich – Lobster is back! Succulent lobster is mixed with the ABP signature herb blend and served on a freshly baked buttery croissant. (Available in select cafés for a limited time only.)

Herb Chicken Salad Sandwich – This all-new sandwich features antibiotic-free chicken mixed with the ABP signature herb blend and avocado dressing, topped with cucumbers, shredded carrots, tomatoes and field greens, and served on a toasted semolina baguette. This 100% semolina bread has a light, golden appearance and texture, and the toasted sesame adds the perfect nuttiness to complement its sweet, dense flavor.
The Herb Chicken Salad is also now available on a fresh roll and side salad in a Bon To Go box. Bon to Go boxes are healthy and convenient go-tos for snack time or to make a small meal. Most of these newly introduced items have 12g or more of protein and 390 or fewer calories.

Mediterranean Chicken & Taboule Salad – This flavor-packed delight combines chicken, romaine, spinach, taboule, chickpea tomato salad, feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumbers, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes and lite lemon shallot vinaigrette in one beautiful dish.

Lemon Blueberry Muffin – Celebrate the lighter side of summer with this zesty lemon muffin bursting with blueberries and topped with white icing.
Peach Danish – Indulge in the delicious, fruity flavors of summer with this classic danish pastry topped with sweet peach preserves.
“At Au Bon Pain, every season brings a new opportunity for inspiration and the creation of delicious recipes. And as with our entire menu, every item is sliced, cut, baked and hand-made fresh daily in each café, to ensure the highest-quality meal possible for our guests.”
The new summer menu is only available through Aug. 28, so be sure to visit your favorite Au Bon Pain today to enjoy these flavorful new creations.
