Anime fans and noodle enthusiasts, get ready to combine your two great loves! JINYA Ramen Bar is launching its winter lineup of Chef’s Specials, bringing incredible flavor innovation, a taste of Tokyo’s streets, and, yes, some seriously cool, limited-edition Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collectibles.
Starting December 1st, JINYA is challenging guests to dive into two new, chef-curated dishes that blend Japanese tradition with modern craveability.
The Hero’s Feast: Tokyo Yatai Classic
Leading the charge this winter is the Tokyo Yatai Classic ramen. This bowl is a soulful tribute to Japan’s bustling street food culture, making you feel like you’ve just ducked into a vibrant ramen stall in the heart of Tokyo.
It features a light yet rich chicken clear broth, perfectly layered with tender pork chashu, a seasoned egg, fresh spinach, green and chopped onions, a slice of naruto (that classic Japanese fish cake), and finished off with crisp nori seaweed. It’s all served over JINYA’s thin noodles for a balanced, absolutely comforting experience.

If you need a savory sidekick, try the Crispy Chicken Wings. These aren’t just any wings; they’re tossed in an Asian sweet-sour sauce and garnished with cilantro, cabbage, and chili slices. The combination of crunch, heat, and tangy sweetness is guaranteed to satisfy a Hashira-level appetite!

Collectible Ramen Spoons!
Now for the main event for collectors: Guests who order the new Tokyo Yatai Classic will receive one of three limited-edition ramen spoons, featuring beloved Demon Slayer characters:
-
Tanjiro Kamado
-
Zenitsu Agatsuma
-
Inosuke Hashibara
You’ll want to visit multiple times to try and collect all three iconic designs, but act fast – these warrior-inspired keepsakes are only available while supplies last!
“Our collaboration with Demon Slayer lets fans ‘summon their favorite warriors’ while enjoying a bowl worthy of a hero,” said Tomo Takahashi, founder and CEO of JINYA Ramen Bar.
These Chef’s Specials, which showcase JINYA’s dedication to quality from the house-made noodles to the slow-simmered broths, are available through February 28th. Go grab a bowl and your collectible before they vanish!
