JINYA Ramen Bar, the acclaimed Japanese restaurant concept celebrated for its bold flavors and slow-simmered broths, is officially making its New York debut. The brand will open its first Empire State location on January 21 in Lake Grove, New York, situated within DSW Plaza. This milestone opening is a result of a partnership with Doherty Enterprises, Inc.
An Elevated Dining Atmosphere in Lake Grove
The new 5,000-square-foot restaurant, located at 3176 Middle Country Road near Wegmans, is designed to provide an elevated experience that merges authentic Japanese cuisine with modern aesthetics. To accommodate both casual diners and larger groups, the Lake Grove site features unique amenities, including:

The JINYA Experience: Broth and Noodles
JINYA’s culinary philosophy centers on the relationship between its thick, flavorful broths and handcrafted noodles. The menu offers a variety of customizable bowls featuring premium toppings such as tender pork chashu, shrimp wontons, and seasoned eggs. Beyond ramen, guests can enjoy a selection of small plates and craft beers to complete their meal.

The Lake Grove location will operate Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with extended hours until 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
