This dog is never frozen, never boiled only char-grilled with tender loving care. We top it with two of our house-made sauces: the blissfully hot Rocket Sauce (Pink) and my Aunt Dorothy’s Sweet Chile Sauce (Red), a recipe we guard with our lives. We top it with diced sweet onions – which will be perfect for kissing on this special holiday.”
