Lime House is introducing a new option to its delectable ramen menu. They are calling it Garlic Noodle, and they say it is not quite like their usual ramen dishes.
“Garlic Noodle is unique because it does not have broth, unlike our other ramen,” said Lime House founder Thanda Win. “We want to give our diners something new and a bit out of the box, but still with the familiar taste and feel of ramen.”
The new Garlic Noodle dish consists of ramen noodles tossed in garlic oil, soy sauce, and a special Lime House seasoning. The noodles are then topped with fried garlic and scallions along with the customer’s choice of roasted pork, curry chicken, or crispy chicken. “The dish is fairly simple, yet the flavors are still something everyone would enjoy coming back to,” added Thanda.
Despite its simplicity, Thanda mentions that the new dish will be crafted with the same quality and care as all of their other dishes. “Lime House is always committed to quality and to giving our diners a premium dining experience, so we guarantee that this new dish will go through the same standards as the rest,” said Thanda.
