Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food is officially bringing the “Island Spirit” to Eagle with the opening of its newest location at 722 S. Edgewood Ln., Suite 120. This debut marks a significant milestone for the brand, representing its 9th restaurant in Idaho and its 75th location systemwide.
A Growing Legacy of Hawaiian Comfort Food
Since its founding in Utah, Mo’ Bettahs has focused on expanding its “ohana” while staying true to its roots in authentic Hawaiian-inspired hospitality. The brand, which now employs nearly 2,000 team members across seven states, continues its trajectory toward a 100-restaurant milestone with the support of strategic partnerships with Savory Fund, Blue Marlin, and Trive Capital.

Grand Opening Events and Giveaways
To mark the 75th opening, the Eagle location will host a Friends & Ohana night on Thursday, Feb. 5. The day’s festivities include:

Lunch Preview: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony: 4:30 p.m. MT (with co-founders Kimo and Kalani Mack in attendance).

Dinner Celebration: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., featuring a free mini plate and drink for guests, along with brand swag and Spam musubi samples.
Exclusive Post-Opening Promotion
The celebration continues into the following week. On Monday, Feb. 9, the restaurant will offer a Buy-One, Get-One-Free promotion. Guests who mention the offer at the register will receive a free regular plate with the purchase of any regular plate.
The Eagle restaurant will operate Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., serving the brand’s signature plates made with fresh ingredients and bold island flavors.
