Newest The Egg & I Restaurant Opening on April 2nd in O’Fallon, IL

Denver-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 54th restaurant this Monday, April 2nd.  The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. in the Green Mount Corporate Retail Plaza at 455 Regency Park Drive in O’Fallon, Illinois.

On April 1st, the restaurant donated 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to the St Vincent DePaul Society. The mission of the St Vincent DePaul Society is to provide assistance benefiting individuals and families in the O’Fallon community who have fallen on hard times.  “We are excited to partner with the newest The Egg & I Restaurant in O’Fallon and are very grateful for their support,” said Tony Naddeo, President of the local St Vincent DePaul Society Conference.

“We are all very excited about this event and about our new restaurant opening. The O’Fallon community has already welcomed us with open arms and we can’t wait to become more involved and make new friends,” said Cathy Mueller, General Manager of the new The Egg & I Restaurant. “We are also very pleased our new restaurant is creating 35 new jobs in O’Fallon.”
