Family-Owned Restaurant to Celebrate Second NJ Location with $7 Chef-Designed Bowls and Salads

NYC's Fresh&co Brings Its Healthy Fare to NewarkFresh&co, the NYC-based healthy, fast-casual restaurant group on a mission to connect people to real food, has announced the May 4th opening of its 14th store, situated in the newly developed dining hall at The Junction at Gateway Center, in Newark, NJ. This latest edition of the popular Manhattan eatery, which marks the second fresh&co location in the Garden State following the opening in Westfield earlier this year, is located at 245-281 Market Street, on the west side of Newark Penn Station. The restaurant will be open Monday through Friday from 7am until 6pm, and will be closed on weekend. Fresh&co is celebrating the occasion by offering guests $7 Chef-Designed Bowls and Salads on May 4th and 5th.

With 13 restaurants already open stretching from New York City all the way down to Winter Park, Florida, fresh&co is excited to add another venue for its chef-inspired, locally sourced and seasonal menus in New Jersey. The development at Gateway Center consists of office space and a newly redeveloped Newark restaurant row, with existing tenants like Chip City, Jersey Mikes, Dunkin, and many other well-known concepts coming soon.

In addition to third party delivery options of Uber, Doordash and Grubhub, fresh&co also offers ordering options through its own app; enabling people to order directly from the restaurant, as well as earn rewards and points.

Founded in 2010, fresh&co is a family-owned restaurant group that prides itself on partnering with local farmers, and even has its own fresh&co farm in Long Island, NY. It’s here where the company grows produce with the goal of providing the highest-quality seasonal fruits and veggies.
