Ovation Brands’ portfolio of restaurants – Old Country Buffet, Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet and Country Buffet – and Furr’s Fresh Buffet are turning up the heat on their grills for the launch of the Summer BBQ 2017 menu. The limited-time menu that features grilled meats and classic summertime sides will be available starting June 5, 2017 during lunch from Monday-Friday and dinner during the weekends (Friday-Sunday). Menu selections may vary by location.
“It’s summertime and the grilling is good at our restaurants. From grilled sausages and baby back ribs to hamburgers and hot dogs, we will be serving up dishes to satisfy cravings for all ages and tastebuds,” said Mike Griffith, Director of Marketing for Ovation Brands and Furr’s Fresh Buffet. “Guests enjoy the variety that we offer through our menus, and our limited-time Summer BBQ menu will be sure to please.”
The buffet restaurants will be grilling up an assortment of BBQ favorites with a twist for lunchtime. Hamburgers will include chili cheeseburgers, taco burgers and BBQ burgers. The hot dogs will be served as chili cheese dogs, taco dogs and New York dogs with sauerkraut. Cracked pepper summer chicken along with fresh corn on the cob, potato salad, cole slaw, fries, tater tots and BBQ beans will round out the lunchtime menu.
The dinner menu will feature a more hearty grilled selection. The restaurants will be offering their carved sirloin steak with the option to add mushrooms, chopped house onions or grilled peppers and onions. Dinner will also feature baby back ribs, bratwurst, and smoked sausages.
Guests may enjoy a sweet finish to their BBQ lunch or dinner with fresh strawberry or banana cream pie. The Summer BBQ 2017 menu will be available June 5 through August 28, 2017. Check your local restaurant for details.
