Perry's Steakhouse & Grille Launches Exclusive Reserve Premier Cru ChampagneThis July, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is celebrating its 46th anniversary by raising a glass of its exclusive, new Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne.

Perry’s has collaborated with the family-owned Maurice Philippart Champagne House – crafting fine Champagne since 1827 and eight generations of tradition – to produce its own grower’s Premier Cru from the esteemed village of Chigny-les-Roses near Reims. The resulting Carte d’Or Premier Cru offers a golden hue, fine bubbles and notes of white flowers with a fresh citrus finish.

“Champagne is far more versatile than many people realize,” said Beverage Director Paige Stroud. “It’s not just a toast at the start of the evening. At Perry’s, we’re showcasing how beautifully it pairs not only with the classic seafood pairings but also our signature steaks and our famous pork chop.”

Served alongside each glass is a complementary Perry’s Champagne Biscuit – a delicate, crisp, pink indulgence designed to be gently dipped, adding a whisper of sweetness and a shimmering finish to every sip. This is Perry’s homemade version of “Biscuits of Reims” that date back to the 1600s and are widely known as the perfect accompaniment to Champagne.

Perry’s Reserve Anniversary Wine Flight

Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne will also be featured as part of the new Reserve Anniversary Wine Flight for $20, which includes three, 2-ounce pours of Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne, Chardonnay and Rosé for a broader tasting experience. The debut of Perry’s anniversary wine flight is part of the restaurant’s larger celebration of its 46th anniversary and only available during July.
