Starting today and running through March 3, the seasonal menu features a mix of bold new innovations and traditional favorites designed to capture the indulgence of the Crescent City.

This year’s Carnival selection emphasizes color and festive flair, featuring drinks meant to complement a traditional King Cake or serve as a delicious standalone treat. Highlights of the limited-time menu include:

Purple Energy (NEW): A vibrant blue raspberry and dragonfruit energy drink topped with coconut cold foam and Mardi Gras themed sanding sugar.

Carnival Latte (NEW): A festive twist on the classic latte blending PJ’s rich espresso with cozy flavors of cinnamon and vanilla, topped with whipped cream and purple sugar.

Frozen King Cake: A rich, blended drink combining warm cinnamon and smooth vanilla for a velvety texture reminiscent of the iconic Mardi Gras pastry.

The celebration extends beyond the cup. PJ’s is once again partnering with Caluda’s King Cake to offer authentic slices in-store and whole cakes available for nationwide shipping. To complete the experience, all hot beverages will be served in limited-edition purple, green, and gold seasonal cups.
