The aroma of freshly brewed New Orleans-style coffee and the sweet scent of beignets are officially filling the air in Tomball! PJ’s Coffee is brewing up some major excitement with a grand opening celebration for its newest location, bringing the beloved flavors of the French Quarter right here to Texas.
The festivities are set for today, Thursday, November 20th, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at 9210 FM 2920 Road, Suite 117. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted with the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, takes place at 10 a.m.

Since the Tomball location opened its doors on October 6th, one item has clearly stolen the hearts (and tastebuds) of the local community: their famous beignets!
Franchisees Greg Tran and Pauline Nguyen are the local owners behind the venture, and their connection to the brand runs deep, originating from their time at the University of New Orleans where they learned about PJ’s and its founder, Phyllis Jordan.
“Opening PJ’s Coffee in Tomball is a milestone for us,” said Tran. “From our very first taste of PJ’s, we knew this was a brand we wanted to bring to Texas. We can’t wait to share the energy, flavor and tradition of New Orleans with our guests, and we look forward to celebrating with them at our grand opening.”
The new 2,000-square-foot coffee shop is designed to be your daily stop, operating daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and featuring a super convenient drive-thru for those early morning coffee runs.
