Seasons 52 To Open In Wayside Summer 2013

Seasons 52, the highly acclaimed fresh grill and wine bar, today announced plans to open its first Massachusetts location in Wayside in Burlington.  Offering guests a fresh dining experience, the restaurant will open during summer of 2013.

The Burlington location will feature a warm, welcoming ambiance centered on a casual, but sophisticated dining room with rich mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, and three private dining rooms.  Additional highlights include a large outdoor patio, an exclusive chef’s table, and a piano bar featuring live music nightly.

“Burlington’s vibrant culture and sense of community make it the ideal first location for Seasons 52 in Massachusetts.  We look forward to serving our guests – people who celebrate living well while enjoying upscale dining, shopping and entertainment,” said Stephen Judge, president of Seasons 52.

Known for its seasonally inspired menu and fresh approach to dining, Seasons 52 offers notable menu selections such as: Steak and Cremini Mushroom Flatbread, Cedar Plank Salmon, Caramelized Sea Scallops and Maui Tuna Crunch Salad.  Menus change four times a year with weekly specials that truly capture the flavors of each season.  Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, from the signature flatbreads and appetizers, to all entrees and the popular Mini Indulgence desserts.

In addition, Seasons 52’s Master Sommelier George Miliotes has developed a diverse international wine list featuring over 100 wines with more than 52 selections offered by the glass, highlighted by several organic wines as well as Miliotes’ captivating selection of “Drink Them Before They’re Famous” recommendations.

“The addition of Seasons 52 to Wayside will provide shoppers with a unique, new dining experience that fits in perfectly with the exciting retail environment here,” said Gary Robinson, Vice President, Leasing for The Wilder Companies, management company for the shopping center.  “The greater Burlington area is a wonderful place to live and work and I believe that Seasons 52 promotes the same positive lifestyle benefits that are valued in the region.”

In addition to the Burlington location, Seasons 52 also will open a second restaurant in Chestnut Hill in the autumn of 2013.
