Sliderz MG Inc. Restaurant Group Introduces Fresh & Fun Fast-Casual Dining Concept

Sliderz MG, Inc., a new Miami-based restaurant group, is proud to announce the opening of the first of their seven locations of Sliderz Restaurants in North Miami. The flagship location at 123^rd St. & Biscayne Blvd. is now open bringing a new fast-casual dining concept to the South Florida area. Sliderz aims to set themselves apart by not only appealing to patrons with incredible, high-quality, natural-sourced food, but also with edgy and trendy branding.

Sliderz Restaurants is the brainchild of Miami restaurant titan, Buzzy Sklar of Burger & Beer Joint fame that features a creative eclectic menu and a hip interior with modern accents that carry over from the branding to packaging, décor, and overall vibe. “Our menu was designed for guests to enjoy a variety of flavors in a cost effective way by offering “slider-sized” portions. Our goal is to build a lasting casual lifestyle brand that people trust,” says Sklar.

Sliderz Restaurant’s slogan “Size Doesn’t Always Matter” is a play on words hinting at the popular mini – burgers known as “sliders” meaning Sliderz may be small but they pack a flavorful punch. Consulting Chef Josh Marcus (of Chow Down Grill and Josh’s Deli) helped curate a simple yet exceptional “American-style tapas” menu that will feature a delicious variety of options including beef, fish, pork, chicken and vegetarian. All sliders are topped with unique sauces and slider ‘fixins’ as well as specialty sliders that will change weekly. All Sliderz Restaurants will use high-quality ingredients such as grass-fed meats, line-caught fish, free-range chicken all free of antibiotics and hormones. A sneak peek at the menu below:
