Snuffer’s Brings Legendary Burgers, Cheddar Fries to Colleyville

Location in Colleyville Downs prepares for Nov. 16 grand opening with fundraisers for TeamConnor

The countdown has begun in Colleyville for those legendary Snuffer’s burgers and Cheddar Fries, and the locals are already salivating.

Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar is putting the finishing touches on its newest restaurant, located at 4717 Colleyville Blvd. in the Colleyville Downs shopping center, and will officially open its doors on Monday, Nov. 16. The celebration begins at 10:30 a.m. when Mayor Pro-Tem Mike Taylor joins representatives from the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce and Firebird Restaurant Group executives for the official “burger cutting” ceremony.

You heard that right…In addition to the traditional ribbon cutting, the Colleyville celebrants will be slicing into a ceremonial 6 lb. burger, too. You don’t want to miss this!

To add to the excitement, the first 100 guests to visit the new Colleyville restaurant when it opens to the public at 11 a.m. will receive free Snuffer’s swag!

Prior to Monday’s grand opening, Snuffer’s will be hosting two VIP events to help train the staff while raising donations for the TeamConnor Childhood Cancer Foundation, a Dallas-based charity dedicated to building awareness and raising funds for research to help find cures for pediatric cancers. The organization is named after Connor Cruse, an “inspirational little boy with a warrior’s heart” who lost his battle with cancer on July 10, 2009.

“Snuffer’s is one of Dallas’ most beloved restaurant brands, and we know the folks in Colleyville are looking forward to our arrival,” said General Manager David Kraus. “All of us can’t wait to officially open our doors on Monday, and we’re equally excited about hosting the pre-opening fundraising events in support of TeamConnor, one of our favorite causes.”

The newest Snuffer’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 12 midnight Friday and Saturday.

The Colleyville restaurant is nearly 3,600 square feet and seats 146 diners. It is the ninth location in the Snuffer’s system.
