Square Order saves customers time when picking up their daily coffee in San Francisco and New York. As customers approach these cafes, they will find baristas already preparing their drink. Then they are automatically charged as they walk out without having to take any additional steps.
Square Order’s unique features give customers a seamless ordering experience:
- Arrival prediction: With this unique technology, buyers can pre-order knowing that their order will be ready when they arrive the same or next day. Sellers get alerts to prepare orders when the buyer is close by, providing hot coffee and a cool experience.
- Buyer preference: Daily order customizations are saved so people can easily find their favorites within the app and quickly make their order in just a few taps.
Blue Bottle Coffee is one of the first businesses to use Square Order’s new features to optimize its operations and offer customers a new way to enjoy their visit.
