The St. Regis Deer Valley kicks off summer with its renowned Summer Sunday Brunch starting Sunday, June 15, 2025. Coinciding with Father’s Day, it’s an ideal way to celebrate with an incomparable feast that can be enjoyed al fresco on the Mountain Terrace under the cornflower blue skies of Park City or at Brasserie 7452 with views of the glorious Wasatch. Live music elevates the festivities. The Summer Sunday Brunch will be offered Sundays from 11:00am to 3:00pm throughout Summer 2025, priced at $85 per adult and $30 per child.
Executive Chef Matthew Fradera’s Buffet menu includes a superb Seafood Station with fresh King Crab Legs, West Coast Oysters, Snow Crab Claws and Jumbo Shrimp; Carving Station with Chef’s weekly selection of grilled or smoked prime meats; assorted Sweet Pastries and Fresh Salad Station with all the trimmings.
Additionally, a tantalizing selection of small plates are offered including favorites like Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Avocado Toast, St. Regis Poke Bowl, Banana French Toast, and Omelets made to order. Relax and sip an iconic 7452 Bloody Mary or enjoy one of the new St. Regis Summer Cocktails like the refreshing “Glacier Garden” that garnishes Roku Japanese Gin and homemade tonic with an artful array of lemon peel, strawberry and cucumber garnish. The award-winning St. Regis Wine Vault contains more than 10,000 bottles, with numerous vintages available by the glass.
Soak in the stunning views as you arrive to St. Regis Sunday Brunch via the Resort’s Funicular, the only at a North American mountain resort. The 90-second trip transports guests from the Lower Funicular Building to the Upper Resort where Brasserie 7452 and Mountain Terrace are located. Reservations are not required.
