Shrimp & Grits makes debut, Banana Split Pancakes and more tasty favorites arrive for a limited time
Sunny Street Café is serving up a sunshine-filled summer with a limited-time menu packed with feel-good favorites and a few fun surprises, available beginning May 19 – all designed to make the next breakfast, brunch or lunch visit a little brighter.
The star of the new menu is Shrimp & Grits – a first for the brand and a standout example of its expanding culinary range. Featuring sautéed shrimp tossed in house Cajun sauce with bacon, grilled onions, peppers and tomatoes over Southern-style cheddar grits, the dish adds depth and excitement to Sunny Street’s traditionally comfort-forward menu.
Other summer offerings include:
- Banana Split Pancakes: Buttermilk pancakes topped with chocolate and caramel drizzle, banana, macerated strawberries, pineapple, chopped nuts, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry on top — a twist on dessert-for-breakfast.
- Fried Pickles: A golden, crispy appetizer served with Creole ranch for dipping, here by popular demand.
- Coffee Cake Muffin: Jumbo-sized and made from scratch daily, ideal for sharing or savoring solo.
- Vanilla Cream Cold Brew: Smooth cold brew coffee topped with sweet cream and house-made vanilla cold foam.
- Aperol Spritz: A bubbly, citrus-forward cocktail to toast to summer – available at participating locations.
