For Surcheros franchisee and Georgia-based dad, Kyle Cullars, every day feels like Father’s Day. That’s because he runs a growing business alongside his two sons, Connor and Taylor. The family opened their first Surcheros in Milledgeville six years ago, after Kyle’s wife sparked the idea. Known for showing love through food and hospitality, she dreamed of creating a space where people felt at home. That dream quickly became a reality, and what started as one location has grown into a full-fledged family operation.
Connor, his youngest son, joined the business part-time during the pandemic in 2020. Taylor, his oldest, came on board full-time after college. Today, both sons help lead day-to-day operations, with Connor managing payroll, HR, and training, and Taylor overseeing finance, billing, and facilities. Together, they operate locations in Milledgeville and Warner Robins and are actively developing new restaurants in Perry and Lake Oconee.
Their expansion reflects the momentum behind both their business and the Surcheros brand, which continues to grow across the Southeast. As they open new doors, the Cullars family brings Surcheros’ mission to life: to serve bold, custom-built meals with the same warmth and hospitality you’d find at home.
