The RAM Opens its 11th Puget Sound Restaurant at the Issaquah Highlands Town Center

The RAM Restaurant and Brewhouse opened the doors to its newest Puget Sound location in Issaquah, Washington on Monday, September 30th, 2013. Known for legendary hand-crafted burgers and award winning craft beers, the newest restaurant is located just off I-90 at the Issaquah Highlands Town Center at 965 Northeast Park Drive.

Jeff Iverson Jr. of RAM International stated, “Over the years, Issaquah has been one of the most requested locations for a new RAM. The Issaquah Highlands development was first presented to us in 2005 and now that we are finally open, we are more excited today than we were 8 years ago.”

The Issaquah RAM is the company’s 11th Puget Sound location with 6,566 square feet and seating for 260 guests. The RAM opens daily at 11am and features their celebrated lunch and dinner menu, Happy Hour specials every Monday thru Friday from 3-6pm and 10pm-close. GAME ON at The RAM…Guests can enjoy their favorite sports on thirteen 60” inch and four 80” flat screen televisions along with a state of the art sound system throughout the restaurant. There is an inviting covered patio with seating for 40 guests which is open year around. Iverson added, “We look forward to serving our new Issaquah friends their favorite RAM entrees and our award winning, ice-cold craft beers. We are known for our comfortable environment where our guests can watch their favorite team or enjoy the company of their friends and family.”

The RAM hosted invite-only pre-openings last Friday and Saturday to fine-tune their service and food preparation, in anticipation for the public grand opening on Monday. Pre-opening guests donated hundreds of canned food items that will be given to the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank, which helps to provide basic needs to Issaquah community members to promote self-sufficiency.

Along with hand-forged burgers, The RAM proudly presents beer infused menu selections made with their award-winning beers. Menu offerings include Big Reds Baby Back Ribs, the Amber Ale Chicken Sandwich, Hefeweizen Battered Fish and Chips, and the must have Buttface Ale Cheese Dip Appetizer. In addition, The RAM serves house specialties including grilled steaks, wild Alaskan Salmon, piled high salads and sandwiches, their signature Mile High Mud Pie, and assorted house- made ice cream cupcakes.

For thirsty guests, The RAM pours their own award-winning locally brewed and nationally acclaimed 18oz Bigger-Better-Fresher Beers, always served in a frosted glass. Perfect for kicking off weekend relaxation is the eye-opening 18oz Proud Mary Bloody Mary served with a vegetable and cheese kabob along with 3oz snit of Blonde Beer. A full menu of quality spirits, a wine selection including Washington varieties, and domestic and import bottled beer is also available.
