Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Medina is celebrating its grand opening this Thursday, March 8th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
“I am so excited to be a part of Dickey’s Barbecue. When I was considering opening a new restaurant I wanted to do something new and fun,” said local franchise owner Anthony Salem. “There are too many burger and pizza places, and not enough places that serve good filling meals.”
At the grand opening customers will enjoy $1 pulled pork big barbecue sandwiches and three lucky customers will win free barbecue for a year.
“The main reason I got involved with Dickey’s is because of my own passion for great barbecue. And after eating Dickey’s numerous times I knew I found the right company,” said Salem.
