For 35 years, White Castle has helped guests celebrate Valentine’s Day by turning an ordinary night out into an unforgettable experience. On Valentine’s Day 2026, the brand will once again transform participating restaurants into “Love Castles,” offering a unique dining tradition for couples, families, and friends.
The Love Castle Experience
The event began in 1991 as a heartfelt way to celebrate the holiday and has since grown into a fan-favorite annual tradition. For one night only, White Castle team members create a festive, sit-down dining experience that includes hostess seating, tableside service, and Valentine’s Day décor throughout the restaurant.
“Valentine’s Day at White Castle has always been about bringing people together in a fun, welcoming and memorable way,” said Jamie Richardson, chief marketing officer at White Castle. “For 35 years, our team members have made this night special by creating an experience that feels thoughtful, joyful and unmistakably White Castle.”

Reservations for the 2026 event open today and can be made for more than 300 participating locations.
