Paul has had a long and distinguished career in the restaurant industry, specifically QSR, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Better Buzz Coffee and prior to that held several senior executive positions at Rubio’s Restaurants Inc. Paul brings with him a successful track record of sustained growth, improved profitability, and a commitment to quality.
