Starting this January, the brand is introducing two limited-time offerings – the Carrot Hummus Toast and the Beet-and-Burrata Salad – designed to offer guests a nourishing, flavor-forward alternative to traditional New Year’s restrictions.

Carrot Hummus Toast: This dish reimagines a classic snack by utilizing slow-roasted carrots to create a vibrant, naturally sweet hummus. Served on grilled Larder sourdough, it is layered with whipped feta, shaved carrots, and fresh herbs including dill, parsley, and mint. A sprinkle of za’atar and a drizzle of golden balsamic add depth to every bite.

Beet-and-Burrata Salad: A sophisticated blend of roasted red and yellow beets paired with creamy DiStefano burrata. The salad features a mix of textures, from crisp radish and lettuce to crunchy toasted pistachios and fingerling potato crisps. A silky parsnip purée and bright sherry vinaigrette tie the elements together.
“Winter produce is the focal point for both of these dishes,” said Oliver Plust, executive corporate chef at One Table Restaurant Brands. “Carrots and beets are at their best this time of year, so we wanted to showcase their flavors and build balanced dishes around them.”
