Get ready to feel like you’ve been whisked away to Napa Valley, because Sixty Vines is officially opening its doors in Raleigh this December! Located at 4000 Center at North Hills Street, this new restaurant is set to become your go-to spot for exploring fantastic wine, enjoying chef-inspired dishes, and just connecting with friends.
Sixty Vines is known for one beautiful, simple concept: transporting guests right into the heart of wine country. And they’re bringing an authentic taste of that experience by serving an astounding 60 different wines on tap from vineyards all over the world.
A Stunning Space Built for Connection
The new Raleigh spot is massive – over 13,000 square feet – and every inch is designed to be inviting. Imagine walking into a light-filled dining room, grabbing a seat at the lively interior bar, or best of all, heading up to the open-air rooftop lounge and dining area for cozy gatherings under the stars.
“Raleigh feels like the perfect fit for Sixty Vines,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Sixty Vines. “We look forward to creating a place where people can explore new wines, enjoy great food, and have fun connecting.”
Whether you’re celebrating with a group in one of the private dining rooms or just stopping in for a midweek dinner or weekend brunch, the atmosphere blends warmth and style that truly makes you want to settle in.
Wine on Tap (and Why It Matters)
Their wine on tap system is the star of the show – and it’s not just cool, it’s also incredibly sustainable. Each keg holds the equivalent of 26 bottles and can be reused about 1,500 times. That eco-friendly approach dramatically reduces waste and gives you the closest “from the barrel” tasting experience you can get without actually being at the vineyard.
Because they partner with top winemakers globally, you’ll get to try exclusive wines not commonly available by the glass, ensuring every visit is a new adventure!
Food Designed to Share
Don’t let the name fool you – the food here is just as impressive as the wine. The menu celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients and is built for sharing. You can create your perfect charcuterie board, snack on hand-tossed pizzas, or dig into hearty entrées like the Atlantic Salmon, Pan Roasted Chicken, or the famous Double Cabernet Burger. And be sure to save room for dessert classics like the Basque Cheesecake!
The team, led by General Manager Casey Foster and Executive Chef Rose Paz, will be serving lunch and dinner throughout the week, along with brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 3 p.m.
Get ready to raise a glass (or a keg-pour) to your new favorite wine spot in Raleigh!
